Dishing with Patricia Season 1 Episode 8
Wednesday Aug 11, 2021
Wednesday Aug 11, 2021
Beginning on Wednesday, August 11th, in the “Dishing With Patricia,” podcast, our special guest is Dr. Richard Snyder, executive vice president, Facilitated Health Networks, and chief medical officer, Independence Health Group.
Dr. Synder and I discussed a few topics:
• COVID-19, and why you should be vaccinated.
• Make sure to take care of your physical health – it won’t wait for you.
• Dealing with feelings of anxiety and depression, you are not alone. In fact, they are the norm.
Rich is also a long-time friend, a plant-based foodie and an avid cook. In fact, he assisted me, during the demonstration segment of the podcast. The podcast wasn’t the first time that he and I have cooked together. Rich has always made himself available to cook alongside me at the health and wellness workshops I’ve conducted at Independence Blue Cross.
In fact, in a recent Zoom-facilitated cooking demonstration, he learned to bake a roasted vegetable, a dish which has become one of his family’s favorites.
